An integral part of our business is the provision of a complementary, comprehensive, after sales service encompassing, meter reading, meter repairs, heating system maintenance, etc.

We need exceptional people who have the drive, ambition and passion to fill four key positions within our business as we look to consolidate our position as market leaders.

You will assist the Divisional Service and Operations Manager with the delivery of the organisations technical services, departmental targets and will have responsibility for developing new departmental processes, procedures and information.

With a minimum of 1 years experience in a Business or Customer Service driven organisation, ideally in an energy, technical or engineering environment, you will possess finance and business acumen, well developed communication skills and be a self motivated. The ability to make things happen, demonstrate an understanding of systems testing and project management techniques, would be a distinct advantage.

You will assist the Sales Manager with the achievement of the organisations sales plan and targets. Your responsibilities will include sales call handling, order processing, administration and the delivery of new sales.

You will be in a position to put your previous sales, administration and IT experience to good use, have the energy, confidence and the personality, to identify, generate and deliver sales leads. Working in a b2b environment, you should have knowledge of CRM, have ideally have worked in an energy, utilities or technical environment and have a technical aptitude to develop expertise in our products.

You will assist the Billing Services Manager to ensure that customer service, revenue and contractual implications are delivered on time and in full. You will ensure new clients are established on the system, cover for the call centre team leaders, represent the function at project meetings and develop quality assurance and customer service processes.

With a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service, administration or call centre environment, ideally within a utilities or energy environment, you will have a business degree or equivalent, have worked in a business focused SME, and have knowledge of the implementation of quality and/or continuous improvement procedures. You will be able to influence others, negotiate and implement change. Being analytical, logical and process driven, with the ability to solve problems and deliver promises is key.

You will assist the Project Manager with the development and implementation of project management methodologies, ensuring that all projects are managed and implemented in an effective manner. You will handle small projects, liaise with clients and internal departments, support the project manager with larger projects and produce project timetables, charts and reports. Assisting the Project Manager in implementing and spreading best practice is a key requirement.

With a minimum of 1 years experience in a project management role, managing projects in an energy, utilities or a technical environment, you will have a business or project management degree/qualification, detailed knowledge of project management techniques, be detail conscious, analytical and logical. You will have demonstrable skills in presenting to clients in writing and through presentations. You will be able to work to tight deadlines, multi task and manage priorities, have high levels of impact, be smart, articulate, and have the ability to influence others.
